I opened up an ftp server for my image builds. However, it is only available through IPv6.
- ftp://lavender.qlfiles.net
- ftpes://lavender.qlfiles.net (encrypted)
FileZilla is able to use encrypted ftp.

Yes, it is public. However, it is only IPv6 reachable, so you won’t be able to reach it from a GCI cable connection (i.e., without tunneling).
